This study aims to examine the effects of professor-learner and learner-learner interactions on learning satisfaction in Chinese university students’ online synchronous learning. A survey of 328 Chinese university students who participated in online synchronous learning was conducted and analyzed using SPSS 26.0. For result processing, minimum value, maximum value, mean, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed. As a result of the study, first, the professor-learner interaction was the highest at 3.742 (SD=.522). Second, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between interaction and learning satisfaction in college students’ online synchronous learning. Third, it was found that the interaction between professor-learner and learner-learner had a positive effect on learning satisfaction. Through the results of this study, we intend to provide basic data necessary for conducting desirable online synchronous learning.
