Abstract
The purpose of this study is to search for attitude changes such as organizational commitment and turnover intention that can be formed by millennials’ organizational members through the meaning of work. The subjects of this study were millennials working in the workplace. The multiple regression analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0, and the moderating effect was analyzed using Process Macro v3.3. It is intended to verify the effect of the meaning of the work of millennials on organizational commitment and turnover intention, and to verify the moderating effect of perceptions of organizational politics in the relationship. Among the meaning of work, self-realization and social relationships have been confirmed to have a positive effect on organizational commitment, and self-realization and living have a negative effect on turnover intention. In addition, the moderating effect of perceptions of organizational politics was also confirmed in a part. The organization needs to help its members clearly recognize and sympathize with the values and meaning of work pursued by the organization, and mutual empathy through sufficient communication will further enhance the meaning of work.
