연구 목적: 이 연구는 충북지역 사회복지시설의 ESG 경영실태를 진단해보고 ESG 대응을 위한 과제와 경영지원 방안을 도출하는데 있다. 연구 방법: 사회복지시설의 ESG 경영실태와 관련한 주요 현황 파악을 위해 43개 지표로 구성된 설문지를 활용하여 93개 시설의 응답 자료를 통해 IPA분석을 하였다. 연구 내용: 첫째, 지배구조(G) 영역에 대한 경영 지표 관리는 양호한 수준으로 파악되었다. 둘째, 환경(E) 영역의 관리는 미흡한 수준으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회공헌(S) 영역의 활동은 양호한 수준으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 충북지역 사회복지시설을 중심으로 한 ESG 경영실천을 위한 방안에 대해 제언하였다.
Abstract
This study diagnoses the ESG management status of social welfare facilities in the Chungbuk region and derives tasks and management support plans for ESG response. IPA analysis was conducted through the response data of 93 facilities using a questionnaire consisting of 43 indicators to identify the major current status related to ESG management of social welfare facilities. First, the management of management indicators for the governance structure (G) area was found to be at a good level. Second, the management of the environment (E) area was found to be insufficient. Third, activities in the social contribution (S) area were found to be at a good level. Suggestions were made for the practice of ESG management centering on social welfare facilities in the Chungbuk region.
