연구 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 중국 광서성 GE대학교 성악전공 학생들을 대상으로 의사소통능력이 학습몰입에 영향을 미침에 있어서 전공만족도에 대한 매개효과를 알기 위한 것이다. 연구 방법: 연구대상은 성악전공 학생들인 300명을 대상으로 하였고, SPSS 25 프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도, 기술통계, 평균차이 및 단순회귀와 다중회귀의 분석 등을 한다. 연구 내용: 성악전공 대학생을 대상으로 의사소통능력, 전공만족도 및 학습몰입 간의 구조방정식의 모형을 탐색한다. 결론 및 제언: 의사소통능력이 학습몰입에 영향을 줌에 있어서, 전공만족도의 매개효과가 관여됨으로써, 그 직접효과가 감소되었다. 그리고 전공만족도가 의사소통능력과 학습몰입 사이를 부분적으로 매개함을 확인하였다. 성악전공 대학생의 학습몰입을 높이기 위해서는 대학생의 의사소통능력 증진에 힘을 쓰면서 전공만족도 향상에도 노력을 기울여야 할 것으로 확인되었다. 의사소통능력이 학습몰입에 영향을 미침에 있어서는, 각 사회적 체제에 따라 서로의 문화적 차이가 존재함으로써, 다소 의사소통능력의 차이가 있을 것으로 예측된다. 그래서 학습몰입에 대한 추후 연구에서는 각 체제에 따른 연구도 수행할 필요가 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to see the mediating effect of major satisfaction in the influence of communication skills on learning immersion for university students majoring in vocal music at GE university in Gwangxi Province of China. The subjects of the study are 300 students majoring in vocal music and the SPSS 25 program is used to analyze reliability, descriptive statistics, average differences, and simple or multiple regression. It explores the model of the structural equation among communication skills, major satisfaction, and learning immersion for university students majoring in vocal music. In the case of communication skills affecting learning immersion, the direct effect is reduced by being involved in the mediating effect of major satisfaction. And it is confirmed that major satisfaction partially mediated between communication skills and learning immersion. In order to improve learning immersion of students majoring in vocal music, it has been confirmed that efforts should be made to improve major satisfaction while improving the communication skills of university students. In terms of communication skills and major satisfaction affecting learning immersion, there are cultural differences by each social system, so it is expected that there will be differences between each system. Therefore, in future studies on learning immersion, it will be necessary to perform studies for each system.
