중국 대학교 학장의 진성 리더십이 교수의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감과 직장 내 신뢰의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 중국 대학교 학장의 진성 리더십이 교수의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감과 직장 내 신뢰의 매개효과를 검증한 데 있다. 논문의 분석방법은 중국 대학교의 재직하고 있는 교수들을 대상으로 최종 508부 수를 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 25.0 프로그램으로 통계분석 하였다. 연구결과는 학장의 진성 리더십, 자기효능감, 직장 내 신뢰는 교수의 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 학장의 진성 리더십과 교수의 조직시민행동 관계에서 자기효능감의 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로, 직장 내 신뢰의 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로, 자기효능감과 직장 내 신뢰의 이중 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 교수의 조직시민행동 제고를 위해 학장의 진성 리더십, 자기효능감, 직장 내 신뢰를 향상해야 함을 시사하고 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the dean’s authentic leadership on organizational citizenship Behavior (OCB) and the mediating effect of professors’ self-efficacy and work place trust in Chinese university. As for the analysis method of the study, the final number of 508 copies was statistically analyzed with the SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 programs targeting professors in Chinese universities. The result of the study showed that the dean’s authentic leadership, self-efficacy, and the work place trust had a significant effect on OCB. In the relationship between the dean’s authentic leadership and OCB, the professors’ self-efficacy or the work place trust had a partial mediating effect, the professors’ self-efficacy and the work place trust had chain intermediary effect. This suggests that the dean’s authentic leadership, self-efficacy, and the work place trust should be improved to enhance OCB.
