본 연구는 일본어권 학습자들을 대상으로 하여 한국어의 초성, 중성, 종성 자음에 대한 지각 능력과 발음 능력을 분석한 실험 연구이다. 실험을 위하여 336개의 단음절 목록을 연구자가 임의로 작성하였고 이 목록을 통하여 일본어권 학습자들의 지각 능력과 발음 능력을 측정하는 실험을 진행하였다. 실험 내용을 분석한 결과 일본어권 학습자는 지각 능력보다 발음 능력이 더 뛰어났으나 실험 후에 이루어진 인터뷰를 통해서 학습자들은 올바르게 발음하는 경우라도 스스로는 정확하게 발음하고 있는지 확신하지 못하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 336개의 단음절 목록은 초성, 중성, 종성의 변별력을 확인하기 위하여 임의로 작성하였기 때문에 추후 자연스러운 대화를 분석하여 본 연구와 비교하는 연구 또한 이루어져야 할 것이다.
Abstract
This study is an experimental study that analyzed the perception and pronunciation ability of the initial consonant, vowel, final consonant of the Korean language for Japanese-speaking Korean learners. For the experiment, the researcher arbitrarily prepared a list of 336 monosyllables, and through this list, an experiment was conducted to measure the perception and pronunciation skills of Japanese-speaking learners. As a result of analyzing the contents of the experiment, Japanese-speaking learners had better pronunciation ability than perceptual ability, but through an interview conducted after the experiment, it was found that learners were not sure whether they were pronouncing correctly even if they were pronouncing it correctly. Since the list of 336 monosyllables was arbitrarily prepared to confirm the discriminatory power of the initial consonant, vowel, final consonant, a study to analyze natural conversations and compare them with this study should be conducted in the future.
