대학 리빙랩 교육 참여자의 기업가정신이 사회적기업 창업의도, 자기주도학습, 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향

연구 목적: 본 연구는 대학 리빙랩 교육 참여자의 기업가정신이 사회적기업 창업의도, 자기주도학습, 취업준비행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 실시하였다. 연구 방법: 연구를 위해 119명의 대학생들을 대상으로 SPSS를 통해 검증하였다. 연구 내용: 연구결과 첫째, 혁신성은 사회적기업 창업의도와 자기주도학습에 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 위험감수성은 자기주도학습과 취업준비행동에 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 진취성은 사회적기업 창업의도, 자기주도학습, 취업준비행동에 모두 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구 결론을 통해 기업가정신이 사회적기업 창업의도, 자기주도학습, 취업준비행동에 다양한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 이에 대학 리빙랩 교육에서의 기업가정신 교육은 선별적으로 적용해야 할 것이다. 한편, 본 연구는 대학생들만을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였기에 연구 결과를 일반화하기엔 한계점이 존재한다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to analyze how entrepreneurship of university living lab education participants affects social enterprise startup intention, self-directed learning, and Employment preparation behavior. For this study, 119 students were tested through SPSS. Results of the study First, it was analyzed that innovativeness did not have a significant effect on the intention to start a social enterprise and self-directed learning. Second, risk tolerance was analyzed to have no significant effect on self-directed learning and Employment preparation behavior. Third, initiative was found to have a significant effect on social enterprise startup intention, self-directed learning, and Employment preparation behavior. As a result of this study, it was found that entrepreneurship has various influences on social enterprise startup intention, self-directed learning, and Employment preparation behavior. Therefore, entrepreneurship education in university living lab education should be selectively applied. On the other hand, this study has limitations in generalizing the results of the study because it was conducted with only university students.
