연구 목적: 이 연구는 1주기 전문대학 혁신지원사업 지원대학 주요 혁신전략 프로그램의 핵심어들과 그들 간의 언어네트워크를 분석하여 전문대학 혁신지원사업의 방향성을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 분석대상은 1주기 사업 선정 50개 대학 사업계획서에 제시된 교육영역과 산학협력영역 혁신전략 프로그램이다. 분석방법은 텍스트 마이닝 기법과 언어네트워크 분석법이다. 연구 내용: 교육영역 혁신전략의 핵심어는 혁신, 교육, 역량, 강화, 교육과정, 구축, 운영, 지원, 학습자 순으로, 산학협력영역 혁신전략에서는 산학협력, 맞춤, 역량, 취창업, 프로그램, 인재양성, 지원, 네트워크, 활성화 순이었다. 핵심어들 간의 2종의 중심성 값을 분석하여 제시하였다. 결론 및 제언: 전문대학은 미래사회 변화에 맞춰 유연한 학사제도, 지역연계 협력적 거버넌스 구축, 역량기반의 교육과정 운영, 성과기반의 혁신과 교육의 질 제고에 노력해야 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of the junior college innovation support project by analyzing the key words of the major innovation strategy programs of the 1st cycle college innovation support project and the language network between them. The analysis target is the innovation strategy program in the education area and industry-university cooperation area presented in the project plans of 50 junior college selected for the first cycle. The analysis method is a text mining method and a language network analysis method. As a result of the study, keywords with high frequency of occurrence were extracted in the education and industry-college cooperation areas. Then, two kinds of centrality values between key words were analyzed and presented. It is expected that this study will be able to suggest the direction of educational innovation for junior colleges.
