대인관계와 우울의 관계에 대한 사회적지지와 자아존중감의 매개모형 검증

대인관계의 어려움은 이차적으로 우울과 같은 정신적인 문제를 유발한다. 이에 이 연구에서는 청소년을 대상으로 대인관계와 우울 사이에 매개변인을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 일반 고등학생 291명을 대상으로 대인관계와 우울사이의 매개변인에 대한 경로모형 분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과, 대인관계가 자아존중감을 거쳐 우울에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 자아존중감의 매개효과는 유의미한 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 그러나 대인관계와 우울감에서 사회적 지지의매개효과는 유의미하지 않았다. 이 연구를 통하여 '자아존중감'과 '사회적 지지'가 대인관계와 우울 사이의 매개변인으로 작용하는 경로 모형을 검증하였으며, 이러한 결과가 향후 청소년에 대한 연구의 기초자료로사용되길 기대한다.
Abstract
Difficulties in interpersonal relationship can secondarily end up causing a mental disorder like depression. Thus, in this research I would like to make a close examination of mediating variables between interpersonal relationship and impression on juveniles. 291 high school students were selected as subjects to be experimented for the analysis of Process Model on mediating variables between interpersonal relationship and impression. The result proves that interpersonal relationship have affected depression via low self-esteem, and shows the significant value on the mediating effect of self-esteem(p<0.05). However, there wasn't found any meaningful result of mediating effect on social support between them. From this research, I closely examined the Process Model, through which 'self-esteem' and 'social support' were influencing on mediating variables between interpersonal relationship and impression. Finally, I sincerely expect this result to be used as a basis of further research on delinquent juveniles.
