독재정치 이론으로 본 김정은 체제의 권력구조: 조선노동당 ‘파워엘리트’ 실태와 관계망을 중심으로

본 논문은 독재정치이론과 엘리트이론 및 네트워크 분석법을 활용하여, 조선노동당 ‘파워엘리트’의 실태와 관계망 중심으로 김정은 체제의 권력구조를 분석한다. 세부적으로 첫째, 당기관별 핵심 파워엘리트들의 속성과 실태를 밝힌다. 둘째, 김정은 체제 파워엘리트의 구조적 특성을 규명한다. 셋째, 김정은 체제 1년의 지배연합과 승자연합 구조를 분석하고, 넷째, 독재정치 세습의 주요 관계망과특성을 분석하며, 다섯째, 김정은 체제 파워엘리트 관계망 구조의 변동가능성을전망한다. 연구결과, 김정은 체제는 안정적인 권력구조를 보여 주고 있다. 마지막으로 북한 독재체제의 민주화를 위한 정책적 제언을 다룬다.
Abstract
This article examines the structure of power in Kim Jong-Un Regime based on dictatorship’s theory, focusing on the actual condition and networks of Power Elites at Korea Workers Party in North Korea. Chapter 2 deals with fundamental notion, theory, framework and methodology. Chapter 3 seeks to estimate the actual condition and the structure focusing on Power Elites at Korea Workers Party. Chapter 4 examines the relationships between Kim Jong-Un and power elites, also the networks’ structure of the ruling coalition under Kim Jong-Un Regime. In the last analysis, the structure of power is stable. In conclusion, this article deals with summing-up and policy proposal.
