본 연구의 목적은 사관생도들의 규정준수 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 K사관학교 생도 327명을 임의표집하여 규정준수에 영향을 미치는 요소에 관한 개방형설문을 실시했다. 그 결과 145개의 응답을 회수했고, 유사응답을 통합하여 20개로 구성된 본 설문을실시한 후 회수된 결과에 대해 탐색적 요인부석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시했다. 그 결과 다섯 개의 내용요인과 세 개의 교수주체 요인이 추출되었고, 추출된 요인이 생도들의 상･벌점에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 구조방정식모형 분석을실시한 결과 훈육관의 영향, 자기성찰, 명예심, 신상필벌, 생도의식 등이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the Korean military cadets’observance of rules and regulations. To best satisfy the research purpose, 327cadets were sampled from the K Military Academy on November 13, 2013. Anopen-ended questionnaire was administered to the participants to describe the factorsand it yielded to 145 responses. A preliminary and final questionnaire were administeredand the collected data were analyzed in the framework of exploratory andconfirmatory factor analyses. Finally, 8 factors were extracted from the analysis andused as exogenous latent factors to predict the cadets’ merit / demerit points. Theresults of the analyses showed that disciplinary officer's influence, self-reflection, consciousnessof honor, and reward-punishment significantly predicted the military cadets’merit / demerit points.
