The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of disciplinary officers' competency on officer candidates' perceived life satisfaction at barrack. To best accomplish the research purpose, 376 male and female military candidates of Bachelor Officer Course were randomly sampled using systematic random sampling method. The questionnaires were administered to them: Disciplinary Officers' Competency Scale and Life Satisfaction Scale. Collected data were analyzed in structural equation modeling analyses in order to answer three research questions. The results of the analyses were like these: First, disciplinary officers' competency has significant positive effect on officer candidates' life satisfaction at barrack. Second, there is a significant difference in the effects of disciplinary officers' competency on officer candidates' life satisfaction between male and female groups. Third, here is a significant difference in the effects of disciplinary officers' competency on officer candidates' life satisfaction between long-term and short-term military service groups.
