본 논문의 연구에서는 출소자들이 겪게 되는 사회적 불평등과 그에 따른 경제적 어려움을 극복하는 대안 기업으로, 경제적 자립을 위한 사회적 기업에 대한 생성 배경과 사회적 기업의 필요성을 살펴보았다. 그리고 출소자의 사회복귀와 교정의 역할을 담당하는 고용창출형 사회적 기업인 ㈜서서도시개발, SK행복한 뉴라이프재단, 파이어니어 휴먼서비스(Pioneer Human Services)의 사례를 분석하였다. 사회적 기업의 구성체계로 제시한 제품 및 서비스의 제공자, 제품 및 서비스의 제공가치, 목표고객, 수익 등을 중심으로 사회적 기업 모델을 분석하였다. 이를 기반으로 출소자를 위한 고용창출형 사회적 기업의 지속가능을 모색하였다. 출소자 등의 취약계층을 위한 사회적 기업을 운영할 때, 먼저 사회적 기업가가 되어야 하며, 사회적 기업의 사업모델을 정착시키기 위한 사업전략이 필요하다. 그리고, 사회적 기업은 고객의 니즈(needs:요구･욕구)을 위한 기업차원의 제품 및 서비스를 이행하여야 하며, 출소자 등의 취약계층을 위한 사회적 기업의 성패는 리더십에 달려 있다고 본다. 또한 조직 구성원 의사소통의 활성화 따른 기업문화가 형성되어야 한다. 끝으로, 기업 및 공공기관, 민간단체와의 협력체제가 마련되어야 한다고 본다.
Abstract
In this study, the background and the necessity of the social enterprise are considered for its financial independence as one of the alternatives to overcome social injustice and economic difficulties suitors experience. Also, the case studies of social enterprises such as Seoseo Urban Development Co. SK Happy New life Foundation, Poneer Human Services, which provide jobs for suitors, were conducted to seek a sustainable existence scheme for the enterprises. When running a social enterprise for vulnerable social groups like suitors, not only a social entrepreneur but also a business strategy for establishing a business model of the social enterprise is needed. The social enterprise has to set a business strategy on a company level through consumer needs. Success of a social enterprise depends on the leadership. And a corporate culture should be cultivated by active communication of employees. Finally, cooperating system amongst public organizations, private enterprises, and public agencies should be constructed.
