우크라이나는 흑해에서 신기술이 접목된 다양한 전력을 혁신적인 방식으로 사용하여 연안 해양통제로부터 점진적으로 해양통제권을 확장하여 러시아의 해군력을 후퇴시키고 전구작전에 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 교훈은 우리의 전략적 상황에서 연안 해양통제의 중요성을 강조한다. 이를 위해 해군･해병대 중심의 합동화력 운용을 위한 개념 및 전력발전, 무인함정의 자율화 수준에 따른 해양통제 임무의 다변화, 핵심 도서와 항구의 방호대책 마련이 필요하다.
Abstract
Ukraine has used a variety of forces with new technologies in the Black Sea in an innovative way to gradually expand its maritime control from littoral sea control, thereby pushing back Russia's naval power and influencing theater operations. This lesson emphasizes the importance of littoral sea cntrol in our stategic situation. To this end, it is necessary to develop concepts and capabilities for joint firepower operations centered on the Navy and Marine Corps, diverify maritime control missions according to the autonomy of unmanned ships and establish defense measures for key islands and ports.
