경찰은 국민의 생명과 신체와 재산을 보호하고 국민에게 서비스를 제공하는 공무원이다. 21세기 사회에서 높아진 국민수준과 많아진 대 경찰 요구에 부응하기 위해서 경찰조직은 어느 때보다 경찰윤리의 확 립이 요구되고 있으며, 경찰관에게는 일반국민보다 한단계 높은 행동 윤리를 요구받게 된다. 본 연구의 목적은 경찰관의 윤리성이 직무요인에 어느 정도 유의한 영향을 미치는 가를 파악하는데 있다. 본 연구는 경찰의 윤리성이 직무요인에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 파악하기 위해 경찰헌정의 5가지 윤리요인과 기존의 선행연구를 중심 으로 4가지 직무요인에 대한 인과관계를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 독립변수로는 개인적 특성요인과 경찰관의 직무윤리성 즉, 친절성, 정의감, 공정성, 근면성, 청렴성을 고려했고, 종속변수로 직무만족, 직무몰입, 직무성과, 이직의도를 고려하였다. 이들 요인에 대한 탐색은 선행연구와 연구분석의 틀을 중심으로 하 여 신뢰계수분석, 변량분석, 회귀분석을 통하여 탐색하고자 하였다.
Abstract
Policemen protect the citizen's life, property and executive the rule in order to peace of society. The police ethics positively means emphasizing its role and mission rather than prevention of corruption and illegality. Policemen require ethics for the citizen. Policemen's ethics emphasis the police's duty and role rather than irregularities and corruption. This study will discuss how duty of police is influenced by police's ethic. Also, this study will discuss the first chapter for the introduction, the second chapter for theoretical consideration, the third chapter for the research's planning and fourth chapter for research's result and discussion and fifth chapter for conclusion. The purpose of this study will discuss the independent variable for individual's special factor and police's ethics and dependent variable for duty factor duty's satisfactation, duty's devotion and the intention of resignation. In the 21 century society, the police organization is required to establish the desirable police ethics to satisfy higher national standard.
