한·중·일 선박금융 시장 비교를 통한 국내 선박금융 활성화 방안

본 연구의 목적은 한·중·일 선박금융 시장의 역사, 주요 기관, 시장규모, 특징 등을 살펴보고 상대적으로 발달된 일본과 중국의 선박금융 시장 비교를 통해 국내 선박금융 시장의 활성화 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 해운시장의 선박금융조달 비중은 70~80%로 금융의 의존 비중이 매우 높으며 이는 해운 산업의 경쟁력과도 밀접한 관계가 있으며 세계 각국은 해운산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위해 선박금융 시장 활성화를 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 오랜 선박금융 역사를 가진 일본이 안정적인 선박금융을 지속할 수 있는 원동력과 중국이 짧은 선박금융의 역사에도 불구하고 세계 선박금융시장에서 성장하고 있는 이유 등을 살펴보았다. 한국 정부는 2018년 해운산업 재건 5개년 계획을 발표하면서 효율적인 선박금융 정책 수립방안이 누락되어 있는 바, 이 연구가 우리나라 선박금융 활성화에 하나의 방향성을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the history, major institutions, market size and characteristics of the Korean, Chinese and Japanese shipping financing markets and draw up measures to revitalize the domestic shipping financing market through comparison of the relatively developed shipping financing markets in Japan and China. The portion of shipping financing in the shipping market is 70 percent to 80 percent, countries around the world are pushing to revitalize the shipping financing market to strengthen the competitiveness of the shipping industry. This study looked at the driving forces behind Japan to sustain stable shipping financing and why China is growing in the global shipping financing market It is expected that this research will provide a direction for vitalizing the nation's ship financing.
