본 연구는 광양항 배후단지의 개발 및 확대을 통하여 광양항 물동량을 증대하는방안을 광양항 항만배후단지 현황 분석 및 실증분석 등을 통하여 제시하였다. 선행연구를 통해 설계에 필요한 구성 요인을 도출하고, 연구모형의 구성과 평가를위해 계층분석적의사결정방법(AHP)을 이용하였으며 배후단지 입주기업 임직원, 해운항만 전문가들을 대상으로 한 설문결과를 통해 평가 요인별 적합도를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 광양항의 활성화 및 물동량 증대를 위해서는 배후단지를 확대하고, 글로벌 기업을 유치하여 물동량 증대 및 지역경제 활성화 등에 기여해야 한다는 의견이 주를 이루었다. 또한 광양항 배후 권역의 기간산업과 연계하여 광양항 배후단지를 확대하여 개발하고, 지역 기반산업을 바탕으로 물동량을 창출해 나가는 자족형, 화물창출형 항만으로 전환하는 것이 적합하다는 결과를 도출할 수 있었다.
Abstract
This study presented a plan to increase the throughput of Gwangyang Port through the development and expansion of the Gwangyang Port hinterland through the analysis of the current status of Gwangyang Port's. Through prior research, the constituent factors necessary for design were derived, the analytic hierarchical decision-making method was used to organize and evaluate the research model, and the suitability of each evaluation factor was analyzed through the results of a survey of executives and shipping port experts. As a result of the analysis, the main opinion was that in order to revitalize Gwangyang Port and increase the volume of goods, the hinterland complex should be expanded and global companies should be attracted to contribute to increasing the volume of goods and revitalizing the local economy. In addition, it was found that it was appropriate to expand and develop the complex behind Gwangyang Port in connection with the key industry behind Gwangyang Port and convert it into a self-sufficient and cargo-generating port that creates volume based on regional infrastructure industries.
