광양항의 항만시설물에 대한 만족도 우선순위분석 연구

본 연구에서는 광양항의 항만시설물과 관련된 개선사항과 운영전략을 제시함으로서 지속 가능한 광양항 운영방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 광양항 항만시설물의 정성적 평가를 위해 항만전문가의 FGI를 통해 항만시설물 운영과 개선과제에 대한 이슈와 평가요인을 도출하였고, 평가 요인에 대한 정량적 평가를 위해 AHP모형 설계와 이용자 만족도 조사결과를 분석하였다. 또한 광양항 개별 항만시설물에 대한 운영현황 대비 실행정도를 확인하기 위해 IPA 분석을 실시하였다. AHP 분석 결과에서 중요도는 항만시설물운영, 항만시설물 지원, 항만시설물 환경 순으로 나타났으며, IPA 분석 결과에서 항만시설물 개선요인의 중요도 및 적합도에 대한 인식의 차이가 존재하였으며, 연구 결과를 토대로 광양항의 운영전략을 단계별로 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study attempted to propose a sustainable Gwangyang Port operation plan by presenting improvements and operational strategies related to the port facilities of Gwangyang Port. For the qualitative evaluation of Gwangyang Port facilities, issues and evaluation factors for port facility operation and improvement tasks were derived through FGI by port experts, and the AHP model design and user satisfaction survey results were analyzed for quantitative evaluation of evaluation factors. In addition, an IPA analysis was conducted to confirm the degree of execution compared to the operation status of individual port facilities at Gwangyang Port. The importance of the AHP analysis was in the order of port facility operation, port facility support, and port facility environment, and there was a difference in perception of the importance and suitability of port facility improvement factors in the IPA analysis, and the operation strategy of Gwangyang Port was presented step by step based on the research results.
