Abstract

As people living in the 21st century have improved their quality of life and increased interest in healthy life, there is a craze for "well-being." In this study, the constitution based on yin and yang presented in the Chinese Medicine Guide, "Emperor's Internal Sutra," was classified according to demographic characteristics through the classification method, and lifestyle was recognized accordingly. In addition, the yin and yang five-way constitution classified as wood, fire, earth, gold, and water, and the skin condition surveyed showed differences in terms of tone, elasticity, pigmentation, and the earth type showed differences in terms of "thin skin and threadline. In addition, the water type was often characterized by edema, and it was consistent with problems such as wrinkles, reduced elasticity, and pigmentation. Everyone has different health conditions, skin conditions, and lifestyle depending on their innate constitution. Therefore, in this study, we would like to investigate and analyze the differences between skin conditions and acquired changed skin conditions depending on the yin and yang five body types.
