본 연구는 지방행정서비스가 주관적 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 데 직접적인 관계 뿐만 아니라 커뮤니티웰빙을 통해 영향을 주는 간접적 매개효과까지 다루어보고자 하였다. 특히, 선행연구 결과를 통합 연계하여 지방행정서비스, 커뮤니티웰빙의 구성요소, 주관적 삶의 질의 관계를 모형화하고 실증적으로 규명해보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, H1 검증 결과 지방행정서비스는주관적 삶의 질에 정(+)의 관계를 확인하였다. 지방자치단체의 시민에 대한 친절하고 신속한 대응성은 지방행정에 대한 접근성을 향상시켜 지역내의 삶에 대한 웰빙을 강화시킬 수 있다. 둘째, H2 검증 결과 지방행정서비스와 주관적 삶의 질 사이의 인적자본의 매개효과는 문화자본과 인프라자본의 경로를 거친 경로 과정 하에서 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 지방행정서비스는 문화자본의 매개를 통해 주관적 삶의 질에 간접적인 관계성을 나타내었다. 문화자본이 주관적 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 방식은공동체 내의 다양한 문화활동을 촉진시키는데 있다. 문화자본의 형성은장기적으로 지역민의 삶의 질을 높이는데 기여한다는 것이다. 넷째, 지방행정서비스는 사회자본의 매개를 통해 주관적 삶의 질에 간접적인 관계성을 나타내었다. 사회자본은 문화자본과 같이 지역자체의 다양한 관계성을형성해주고, 주민 상호 간 관계성을 강화시켜줌으로써 지역에서의 삶을윤택하게 한다. 사회자본의 축적은 지역유대감과 사회참여를 높여 지역간관계성을 회복하고, 이 과정에서 지역전반의 질적 변화를 가져오는 중요한 요소임을 사회자본에 대한 많은 연구들은 확인한 바 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of local administrative services on subjective quality of life as well as indirect mediating effects through community wellbeing. In particular, we intend to make a model and empirically identify the relationship between local administrative services, components of community well-being, and subjective quality of life by integrating previous research results The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of the H1 test, the local administrative service confirmed positive (+) relationship with subjective quality of life. The friendly and expeditious response of local governments to citizens can enhance access to local administration and enhance wellbeing for local life. Second, as a result of H2 verification, the mediating effects of human capital between local administrative service and subjective quality of life were found to be mediating effects through the path of cultural capital and infrastructure capital. Third, local administrative services indirectly related to subjective quality of life through mediation of cultural capital. The way in which cultural capital affects subjective quality of life is in promoting various cultural activities within the community. The formation of cultural capital contributes to the quality of life of local people in the long term. Fourth, local administrative services indirectly related to subjective quality of life through mediation of social capital. Social capital, like cultural capital, forms various relations of the region itself and strengthens the life in the region by strengthening the mutual relation of the people. Many studies on social capital have confirmed that the accumulation of social capital is an important factor to restore regional relationships by raising local bond and social participation, and to bring about qualitative change throughout the region.
