본 연구는 지방자치단체의 문화자본이 커뮤니티웰빙의 수준에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 연구하기 위해 커뮤니티웰빙의 다차원 모델 접근법에서 사용하는 문화자본 요인을 측정하였다. 지방정부가 주민들의 삶의 질에 대한 관심을 증대하면서 지역사회가 보유한 역사, 전통, 문화와 생활양식 및 주민들의 가치를 포함한 문화자본이 주민들의 생활만족도와 지역사회에 대한 평가에 영향을 주고 있다는 점이다. 다양한 커뮤니티웰빙 요인 가운데 지역사회의 독자성과 고유성을 드러내는 문화적 자본은 결국 주민들의 지역정체성과 지역사회에 대한 소속감에 영향을 주는 요인이다. 연구 데이타는 2015년 커뮤니티웰빙 전국조사 자료로 27개 지방자치단체로부터 2723명의 지역주민이 응답 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 문화자본은 자신의 지역사회의 소속감과 개인 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개인의 소득수준과 건강상태는 문화자본에 대한 시군구의 지방자치단체 수준에 따라 다른 영향 요인이 작용하였고, 이에 대한 지역주민들의 지역사회의 커뮤니티웰빙은 의미있는 차이가 있는 것으로 드러났다. 따라서 지방정부는 지역사회의 다른 자본들, 사회자본이나 인적자본을 향상시키기 위해 문화적 자본에 대한 공공서비스를 구축하여야 할 것이다.
Abstract
This study analyzed the effect of local government's cultural capital on the level of community well-being. To study this, we measured the factors of cultural capital used in the multidimensional model approach of community well-being. It is difficult to measure cultural capital because it is difficult to handle in public service of local government. However, as local governments have increased their interest in the quality of life of their inhabitants, cultural capital, including the history, traditions, culture, lifestyles and values of the residents of the community, has impacted on the residents. Cultural capital, which reveals the identity and uniqueness of the community among various community well-being factors, is a factor affecting the local identity of the residents and the sense of belonging to the community. The research problem is through the national survey in 2015. The results showed that cultural capital had an influence on the sense of belonging and personal life satisfaction of the local community. In addition, the income level and health status of the individual were influenced by the level of the local autonomous community in the city and municipal area, and the community well-being of the local residents showed a meaningful difference. Therefore, local governments should build public services for cultural capital in order to improve other communities' capital, social capital or human capital.
