문화교류를 통한 동질성 회복 방안

Abstract

The different political systems and ideologies between Korean race have deepened the heterogeneity widely from the manners and models of behavior, ways of thinking, definitions of history and values of life to daily routines. In these processes, since “Law Regarding the Exchange and Cooperation of inter-Korean Relations” in the late eighties and “The June 15 South-North Joint Declaration” in the inter-Korean summit which was held in June 2000 were adopted, there have been marked changes in the field of social and cultural exchange-cooperation. However, in these courses, lots of problems began to show. Among others cooperation businesses for dreaming of making a fortune at one stroke should be self-controlled. In the last analysis, for the expansion of inter-Korean contract, exchange and cooperation it needs to make efforts to construct “National Community” in the long time. Firstly, for this, we have to think over factors which have introduced the heterogeneity between North and South Korea. Secondly, we should acknowledge the difference and individuality of two systems. And lastly, we need the attitude to establish cooperative bilateral relations based on mutual understanding for recovering ethnic identities.
