『영영전』의 인간관계 분석과 문학치료 텍스트로서의 가치

본고는『영영전』의 문학적 가치를 새롭게 평가해보고자 하는 목적에서 시작되었다. 이에 2장에서는 『영영전』의 인물관계를 문학치료학에서 이야기하는 인간관계 이론에 따라 분석하였으며, 3장에서는 그 분석을 토대로 『영영전』이 문학치료 텍스트로 활용될 수 있는 대상과 그 가치에 관해 논의해 보았다. 먼저 『영영전』은 사회적, 제도적으로 부부관계에 있는 두 사람 사이에 제3자가 끼어들 때, 그들의 사랑이 어떠한 양상으로 전개되며 어떠한 결말로 진행될 수 있는지를 보여주는 서사라고 할 수 있다. 다음으로 『영영전』이 문학치료 텍스트로 활용될 수 있는 대상은 본인이 외도를 했거나 혹은 배우자의 외도를 경험했던 수용자들이며, 이들에게 『영영전』은 자신의 부부관계를 점검하고 다시 설계하는 재설계再設計의 텍스트나 위안慰安의 텍스트로 작용할 수 있음을 확인해 볼 수 있었다. 이것이 문학치료 텍스트로서의 『영영전』의 문학적 가치라고 이야기할 수 있다.
Abstract
This paper started with the purpose of revaluating of YoungYoungJeon for the literary value. In Chapter 2, the author analyzed the relationships among characters based on the character relationship theory of literature therapy. In addition, the author also discussed the possibility of using YoungYoungJeon as a literacy therapy text. First of all, YoungYoungJeon is the epic story which described how the relationship of husband and wife, who are officially and socially couple, has been changed when there is another person between them. YoungYoungJeon can be used as a literacy therapy text for those people who are guilty of immoral conduct or who had an unpleasant experience because of their wife or husband’s immorality. These couples can reexamine their relationship and re-plan for their future relationship by using this text. In addition, the text can give comfort for these couples. The analysis confirmed that YoungYoungJeon is valued as a literature therapy text.
