본 연구의 목적은 진단분류모델을 적용한 대학생의 핵심역량 진단 도구를 개발하는 것이다. 연구를 수행하기 위해 문헌 고찰, 전문가 협의 및 각 대학 사례를 조사하여 대학생 핵심역량의 개념화와 속성을 추출하고, 문항과 Q행렬을 개발하였다. 이어서 개발한 Q행렬은 자카드 계수, 중다회귀방법, 그리고 문항타당성 검증 과정을 거쳐 진단분류모형을 적용한 대학생 핵심역량 진단 검사를 하였다. 그 결과 대학생 핵심역량 보유 수준은 문항 패턴에 따라 다양한 차이를 보이며, 개인-집단 프로파일 특성에서도 총점이 같더라도 패턴 반응 양상이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 기존 검사 도구와는 달리 진단분류모형을 기반으로 한 검사에서는 총점이 같더라도 문항 반응 패턴에 따라 다양한 프로파일이 나타날 수 있음을 의미한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 개인의 특성을 반영한 진단적인 정보를 제공하고, 문항반응패턴에 기반한 개인, 집단별 실제적인 개입 방안에 대한 수립을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구를 바탕으로 후속 연구에 대한 제언과 시사점을 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop a diagnostic tool for assessing college students' core competencies, utilizing a diagnostic classification model. The research involved identifying the conceptual framework and attributes of core competencies for college students, followed by the development of questions and Q matrices. The developed Q matrix underwent a rigorous validation process, including analysis using Jacquard coefficients, multiple regression analysis, and item validity verification, culminating in a diagnostic test for college student core competencies based on the diagnostic classification model. As a result, the level of retention of core competencies for college students varies depending on the question pattern, and even if the total score was the same in the individual-group profile characteristics, the pattern response pattern was different. Based on these results, we proposed practical intervention between individuals and groups according to diagnostic information and item response patterns reflecting individual characteristics, and discussed suggestions and implications for subsequent studies.
