공동주택 관리 행정의 시대적 변화에 대한 고찰

Abstract

This paper proposes a reasonable alternative to the housing management system, which has become a social problem recently. In the meantime, as the demand for apartments has soared due to the rapid urbanization, the issue of its post-management and the protection of property rights have become a serious problem of efficient operation management. In recent years, the need for more professional and specific housing management has been raised, such as measures for its usefulness, such as maximizing the lifetime of apartments and maintaining the property value of apartments. This is because there is a growing awareness that professional housing management should include management to improve the quality of life of tenants. Resident Representatives are the main bodies of apartment housing management. They have the highest decision-making authority such as voting rights and supervision over the entire management, and are their own organizations that manage and supervise the management delegated by management. The purpose of this paper is to examine the historical changes of apartment management, to examine the operational status and limitations of the Representative's Representative Meeting, and to suggest a desirable operation plan in the future.
