본 연구는 대학생의 건강한 아기 출산에 관한 태도 유형을 살펴보고 유형에 따른 특성을 파악함으로서 건강한 아기 출산에 대학생들이 많은 관심과 긍정적인 인식을 갖게 하고 유형별 간호중재 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도한 Q 방법론을 적용한 탐색적 연구이다. 연구기간은 2009년 3월부터 8월까지 이며, 대학생들을 심층면담하고 문헌을 통해 413개의 진술문이 추출되어 협의와 자문을 거쳐 최종적으로 36개의 Q 진술문을 확정지었다. 대학생 37명을 P표본으로 선정하여 Q 진술문 분류와 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하여, PC-QUANL Program을 이용한 주인자 분석 방법으로 분석하였다. Q 요인분석 결과 4개의 유형으로 분류되었으며 4개 유형은 전체 변량 46.87%를 설명하고 있으며, 각 유형별 설명력은 제1유형이 22.88%, 제2유형 12.83%. 제3유형 7.06%. 제4유형 4.10%이었다. 유형 1((N=13)은 신체건강 중시형, 유형 2(N=8)은 생활습관 중시형, 유형 3(N=12)은 정서안정 추구형, 유형 4(N=4)는 인간관계 중시형으로 명명하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide the foundation of nursing intervention strategies according to each type to diffuse a great number of concerns and positive cognitions on healthy childbirth and to improve the social program, low birth rate, in Korea. Methods: This study is exploratory research through Q methodology from March, 2009 to August, 2009. From 413 Q populations, we selected 36 Q sampling. A total of 37 college students were randomly selected for P samples. When the Q-sorting is completed on nine point scale, we interviewed participants and documented their responses. We used PC QUANL to process the data and used principal component analysis for Q factor analysis. The result showed that 4 factors provided an explanation for 46.87% of total variances, and these four factors were analyzed and categorized as four types. We named Type 1 as “Preference for Physical Health”. Type 2 as “Preference for Life Style”, Type 3 as “Preference for Emotional Stability”, Type 4 as “Preference for Interpersonal Relationship”. Conclusions: Furthermore, we recommend education program for college students about marriage, pregnancy and childbirth and suggest multiple interdisciplinary efforts to develop nursing intervention strategies in terms of respective types.
