읽기 수업의 직접적 비계 설정 양상 연구

초록

본 연구는 읽기 수업을 효과적으로 운영할 수 있는 직접적 비계설정의 본질을 밝히고자 한다. 이를 위하여 먼저, 읽기 수업의 교수적 비계설정의 이론적 토대를 마련하고, 이를 바탕으로, 현행 교과서와 교사용 지도서에 나타난 원리학습을 분석하여 읽기 수업의 직접적 비계설정 구조와 전략을 규명하고자 한다. 읽기 수업의 직접적 비계설정은 거시적 차원에서 읽기 학습의 맥락을 형성한다. 우선, 학습의 도입단계에서 문제 상황을 인식하기를 통하여 학습에 대한 주의와 기대를 불러일으킨다. 그런 다음 학습 내용 인식을 통하여 앞으로 전개될 학습내용에 대한 상호주관성을 형성한다. 본격적인 학습 활동은 상위 인지적 지식 형성을 목적으로 개념적, 절차적, 조건적 지식의 정교화 과정을 통하여 읽기 전략 지식의 전달이 이루어진다. 마지막으로 공고화 및 확대단계에서는 습득된 전략의 일반화가 이루어진다. 읽기 수업의 직접적 비계설정은 미시적 차원에서 교사와 학습자의 상호작용을 통하여 앞에서 설정된 읽기 전략 학습의 맥락을 효율적으로 구현한다. 각각의 학습 맥락에 적합한 교수전략의 구체적인 양상들 직접적 비계설정의 과정에 따라 다양한 유형들을 제시하였다. 각각의 전략 유형의 개발은 실제적인 적용을 하지 않고 선언적 형식으로만 가르치는 직접 교수의 한계를 극복할 수 있는데 기여할 수 있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze a aspects of directive scaffolding in the reading instruction. For the purpose, this study describes the concept and features of instructional scaffolding from a comtemporary cognitive theories and constructivist paradigm, discusses the directive and supportive scaffolding that influence reading instruction, analyze a aspects of macro and micro directive scaffolding from 7th national korean language arts text book and teaching manual. this study is to analyze a aspects of macro and micro directive scaffolding process from 7th national reading text book. The directive scaffolding process identify three structure : conceptual, procedural, metacognitive elaborated sequence. And the directive scaffolding strategies addressed the instructional discourse patterns of each reading activity specifically, the nature of scaffolding sequences. The types of directive scaffolding sequences analysis in the proportion that each teacher employed
