이 연구는 ChatGPT를 활용한 시뮬레이션 기반 면접 역량 강화 프로그램을 설계·적용하여 그 교육적 효과를 검토하였다. 기존 면접 교육이 암기식 답변과 형식적 절차에 치중한 한계를 보완하기 위해, 고등학교 1학년을 대상으로 4차시 수업(자기소개–모의 면접–피드백 및 성찰–전략 고도화)을 운영하였다. 성찰지, 시뮬레이션 대화 기록, 자기소개문을 질적으로 분석한 결과, 학습자들은 응답의 서사성·조직력·설득력을 강화하고, 비언어 표현을 자각·조절하며, 상호작용 반응성과 전략적 발화를 향상시켰다. 또한 자기효능감이 증진되고 불안이 완화되었으며, 반복 실습을 통해 수행의 내면화가 촉진되었다. 이는 ChatGPT가 학습자의 성찰과 자기 표현을 지원하는 매개적 학습 파트너로 기능함을 보여주며, 국어교육에서 AI 기반 면접 프로그램이 실천적 교육 모델로 확장될 가능성을 시사한다.
Abstract
This study developed a ChatGPT-based simulation program to strengthen high school students’ interview competence. To overcome the limits of memorization-focused instruction, a four-session program (self-introduction, mock interview, feedback and reflection, strategic refinement) was implemented. Analysis of reflection sheets, dialogue logs, and self-introduction drafts showed improvements in narrative structure, organization, persuasiveness, and nonverbal awareness. Students also enhanced responsiveness, self-efficacy, and reduced anxiety through repeated practice. These results indicate that ChatGPT can act as an educational partner, supporting reflective and strategic communication. The program suggests a practical model for AI-based interview education in Korean language teaching.
