본 논문에서는 금융시스템의 기원을 밝히고 현재 나타나는 금융시스템의 전환이 갖는 의미와 전개 방향에 대해 검토해 보았다. 무엇보다 전통적인 '후발산업화론'이 독일, 일본 등의 역사적 실재와 일치하지 않는다는 점을 보여주고자 하였고, 그 결과 금융시스템의기원과 전환을 해명하는데 있어 포드주의 시기 국민국가 차원에서 금융규율의 차별화와 80년대 이후 세계화의 전개에 따른 그것의 해소가 핵심적인 측면이라는 점을 확인하였다. 또한 본 논문은 금융시스템의 형성과 전환에서 '경로의존성'과 '제도적 상호보완성'이 갖는 의미의 중요성을 강조하였다.
Abstract
The object of this article is to examine the meaning and the direction of transformation of financial system as well as to dlarigy the orgin financial system. Above all, this paper tries to show that traditional 'theory of industrialization in the backward countries' does not accord with the real economic history of Germany and Japen,etc. In the process of explaining the orgin and transformation of financial system, it is found out that the differentiation of financial regulation occurred at the level of nation in the fordism era and the differentiation of financial regulation was solved due to the globalization. This paper also puts a stress on the meaning of 'path dependency' and 'institutional complementarity' in the formation and transformation of financial system.
