금융적 자본 축적과 금융 지배력: 마르크스 관점과 현대적 해석

초록

1980년대 이후 금융적 자본의 축적은 급속도로 팽창하고 있으며, 금융의 지배력도 크게 변화하였다. 이 논문은 이러한 팽창과 변화의 원인을 마르크스의 이자낳는 자본 분석을 기초로 하면서 동시에 이 시기의 금융발전 특성을 반영하여 분석한다. 금융적 자본 축적의 팽창은 기존의 여러 논의들의 주장과는 달리 실물자본의 축적 상태 변화를 반영하기보다는 금융의 기술적·제도적 발전에 의해 촉진되었다. 그리고 금융지배력은 모든 경제활동에 금융적 단기수익 논리를 강요하고는 있지만, 실물자본에 대해서는 일정한 협력관계를 유지하고 있다. 반면에 노동에 대해서는 대립적 관계를 가지는데, 특히 저소득 노동에 대해서는 고리대적 지배력을 나타내고 있다.

Abstract

Since the 1980s, the accumulation of financial capital has been rapidly expanding, and the dominance of finance has changed significantly. This paper analyzes the causes of such expansion and change based on Marx's analysis of interestbearing capital while reflecting the characteristics of financial development in this period. The expansion of financial capital accumulation was caused by technological and institutional development of finance rather than by changes in the accumulation of real capital. And while financial dominance imposes the logic of shortterm financial returns on all economic activities, it maintains a certain cooperative relationship with real capital. On the other hand, it has an antagonistic relationship with labor, and in particular, it shows usurious dominance over lowincome labor.
