코로나19 유행이후 학계에서는 원격근무에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되었는데, 근래 들어 전 세계적으로 사회적 거리두기가 완화되며 포스트 코로나 시대의 근무방식 중 하나인 하이브리드 근무에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 하이브리드 근무는 기업과 정부에서 확산 중에 있으며 포스트 코로나 시대에 대면과 비대면을 병행하는 근무를 수행하고자하는 직원들도 이를 선호하고 있다. 그러나 현재 학계나 정부차원에서 하이브리드 근무에 대한 연구가 거의 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 민간에서 확산 중인 하이브리드 근무 방식에 대한 정의와 구성요소 소개, 하이브리드 근무 관련 연구소개, 그리고 이론과 실무에 대한 함의를 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 하이브리드 근무의 우리말 표현으로 대면·비대면 혼합근무를 제시한다.
Abstract
Recent lift of social distancing stimulated discussions about the future of work in the post-Covid 19 period. As a result, hybrid work has become popular in both private and public sector. However, consensus on definitions and conceptualization for research regarding hybrid work has not yet been formed. The current study seeks to provide in-depth discussion about the definition of hybrid work and explain the differences among telework, remote work, and hybrid work. Moreover, meaning of hybrid work in the Republic of Korea context as well as policy suggestions are offered.
