창의성의 다측면적 요인과 경력개발역량의 구조적 모형 검증

초록

본 연구에서는 예비유아교사의 창의성과 경력개발역량의 관계를 설명할 수 있는 구조모형을 설정하고, 이 구조모형에서 창의성의 신념적, 성격적, 인지적 요인들이 경력개발역량에 미치는 영향력을 검증하였다. 유아교육전공 대학생 234명을 대상으로 창의적 정체감, 개방성, 확산적 사고, 창의적 문제해결과 경력개발역량을 측정하고, 구조방정식 분석방법을 사용하여 연구모형의 적합도와 변인들 간의 구조적 관계를 살펴보았다. 측정모형 검증을 통해 잠재요인들의 구성타당도, 집중타당도, 변별타당도가 확인되었다. 구조모형 분석을 통해 경로계수의 유의미성을 검증한 결과, 창의적 정체감과 개방성이 경력개발역량에 유의미한 영향력을 미쳤지만 확산적 사고와 창의적 문제해결에는 유의미한 영향력을 미치지 않았다. 확산적 사고는 창의적 문제해결에 유의미한 영향력을 미쳤지만 이 두 요인 모두 경력개발역량에 유의미한 영향력을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구의 이론적, 실제적 함의와 향후 연구에 대한 방향성을 논의하였다.

Abstract

This study examined a structural equation model explaining the relations between creativity and career development competencies for preliminary early childhood teachers and explored the influences of the belief, personality, and cognitive factors of creativity on career development competencies. A total of 234 college students majoring in Early Childhood Education participated in the study. Structural equation modeling was used to test the models including creative identity, openness, divergent thinking creative problem solving and career development competencies. Results showed that creative identity and openness significantly influenced career development competences, but did not influence divergent thinking and creative problem solving. Divergent thinking significantly influenced creative problem solving, but both variables did not influence career development competencies. Theoretical and practical implications and future directions were discussed.
