아동성폭력 피해자 가족치료 개입경험 분석 -어려움과 긍정적 경험을 중심으로-

초록

성폭력 피해를 경험한 아동과 가족은 피해로 인한 후유증을 경험하며 가족관계와 역동에도 영향을 미칠 수 있으며 가족환경은 피해아동의 치유와 회복에 중요한 영향을 미치기 때문에 가족치료는 매우 중요하다. 그러나 국내에는 아동성폭력 피해자 가족을 대상으로 한 가족치료의 실질적인 임상 연구는 거의 없는 현실이다. 이에 본 연구는 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 통해 현장에서 실무자들이 아동 성폭력 피해자 가족치료에서 어떤 어려움과 긍정적 경험을 하는 지를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 충청지역을 중심으로 아동성폭력 피해자 가족치료에 경험이 있는 경력 3년 이상의 실무자 15명을 5명씩 3개 그룹으로 나누어 포커스그룹인터뷰를 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 내용분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과는 ‘어려움’, ‘긍정적 경험’의 2주제로 나뉘며, 어려움은 ‘가족치료에 오지 않는 가족’, ‘소진되는 실무자’, ‘어려움을 가중시키는 가족치료환경’의 3개 하위주제로, 긍정적인 경험은 ‘저항 극복 경험’, ‘가족의 긍정적 변화’, ‘실무자의 극복 노력’의 3개 하위주제로 나뉘며 총 20개의 하위범주가 도출되었다.

Abstract

Children and adolescents who have experienced sexual abuse are likely to have experienced multiple family problems which exacerbate its negative effects. Family therapy approach is key components in facilitating recovery. The purpose of the study is to understand positive and negative experiences of family therapy for sexually abused children and their families. Focus group interviews were conducted with 15 family therapists. The content were analysed as 2 themes as positive and negative experiences. Each themes have three sub themes. Positive experiences are sub categorized as emotional growth of family, reduction of defense mechanism and therapists own growth. Negative experiences are sub categorized as therapists burn out, family no shows, and systematic difficulties. The results provides implications for family therapists and prevention strategies for staff burn out, supportive supervision, and clinical trainings for the staffs are suggested.
