현장전문가들이 인식한 성폭력 피해 청소년의특성과 개입방안

본 연구는 상담현장에서 성폭력 피해 청소년을 접하는 지역청소년상담복지센터 상담자들에게 효과적이고 적합한 대응 방안을 마련하기 위한 것으로 성폭력피해아동청소년 개입전문기관 및 지원기관의 현장전문가들이 성폭력 피해 청소년에게 개입하고 법적, 경제적지원 등을 수행한 경험을 수집하고 이로부터 개입매뉴얼 개발의 시사점을 얻고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해 성폭력전문기관 전문가 2개 집단과 청소년상담복지센터 상담자 2개 집단을 대상으로 포커스그룹인터뷰를 수행하고 분석하였다. 그 결과 3개의 주제, 10개의 범주, 32개의 하위범주, 99개의 의미단위가 확인되었다. 3개의 주제로는, ‘청소년 성폭력 피해사례 개입과정에서의 인식’, ‘현장전문가의 청소년성폭력 피해사례 개입방법’, ‘현장전문가의 청소년 성폭력피해자 개입 및 상담자 역량 관련 제언’이 도출되었다. 연구결과기관별로 경험하는 문제유형과 대처방안에 차이를 보였고 성폭력피해의 원인이나 피해이후의 회복과정에는 가족특성이 큰 영향을 주고 있으며 피해 청소년의 경우 취약한 발달적 특성을 가지고 있음은 물론 개인적인 특성을 가지고 있다는 것이 보고되었다. 또한효과적 개입방안은 물론 이를 실행할 수 있는 상담자의 전문적인 상담역량이 문제해결의중요한 해결방안으로 탐색되었다. 본 연구는 현장기반 연구로 현장에서 상담자들이 만나게 되는 성폭력 피해 청소년들의 개인특성과 환경특성을 분석하고 성공적 개입에 대한진술을 통해 효과적인 개입방향을 제시하고자 하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.
Abstract
In order to establish the effective coping measures suitable for counsellors of local youth counselling welfare centers, encountering sexually victimized adolescents in sites, this study aims to obtain implications for the development of intervention manuals by collecting the experience of intervening in sexually victimized adolescents and also providing them with legal/financial supports from on-site experts of institutes specialized in intervening in and supporting sexually victimized children/adolescents. Targeting two expert groups of sexual violence institute and another two counsellor groups of adolescent counselling welfare center, the focus group interview was performed and analyzed. In the results, total three themes, ten categories, 32 sub-categories, and 99 units of meaning were identified. Regarding the three themes, the 'cognition in the process of intervening in cases of adolescent sexual violence', 'on-site experts' methods of intervening in cases of adolescent sexual violence', and 'suggestions for on-site experts related to the intervention of sexually victimized adolescents and counsellors' competence' were drawn. In the results of the study, each institute showed differences in the types of problem and coping measures while the family characteristics gave huge influence on causes for sexual violence or its recovery process afterward. In case of victimized adolescents, it has been reported that they have vulnerable developmental characteristics and personal characteristics. Also, as effective intervention measures, counsellors' professional counselling competence was drawn as its essential resolution measures. As a site-based research, the significance of this study is to suggest the effective intervention direction by analyzing the personal/environmental characteristics of sexually victimized adolescents in sites and also using counsellors' statements of successful intervention.
