성범죄자 심리치료프로그램 연구동향 분석: 국내 문헌들을 중심으로

초록

본 연구는 국내의 성범죄자 심리치료프로그램 연구동향을 분석함으로써 향후 성범죄자 심리치료프로그램을 올바르게 발전시키고 적용하기 위한 방향을 제시하기 위하여 실시하였다. 이를 위해 최근 15년간 국가기관 주도하에 국내에서 개발한 각종 성범죄자 심리치료프로그램들을 정리하여 그 이론적 근거가 되는 주요 모델들과 진행방식, 프로그램 내용 및 치료의 과정 등을 검토하였다. 분석을 위한 문헌자료의 포함 및 배제기준과 절차에 따라 총 26편이 최종 분석대상으로 선정되었으며, 주요특징, 연구시기, 관련부처, 성별, 연구대상, 형태, 진행자 구성, 집단크기, 운영회기, 회기당 운영시간, 이론적 배경, 치료적 요인에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 정리하여 민간기관과의 연계 강화, 청소년을 대상으로 한 새로운 방식의 개입, 적절한 위험성 평가에 따른 치료 제공, 특정한 요구도가 있는 성범죄자에 대한 개입 프로그램 개발, 프로그램 효과에 대한 주기적 분석 등 권고안을 제시하였으며, 마지막으로 연구의 한계점과 후속연구를 위한 제언에 대해 논의하였다.

Abstract

This study was conducted to suggest a direction to properly develop and apply sex offender psychological treatment programs in the future by analyzing the research trends of sex offender psychological treatment programs in Korea. To this end, various sex offender psychological treatment programs developed in Korea under the leadership of state agencies for the past 15 years were summarized, and the main models and progress methods, program contents, and treatment processes were reviewed. A total of 26 articles were selected for the final analysis according to the criteria and procedures for inclusion and exclusion of literature data for analysis, and main features, research period, related ministries, sex of offender, subject of research, forms, counselor composition, group size, operational session, operating hours per session, theoretical background, and therapeutic factors were conducted. The research results are summarized to provide recommendations such as strengthening links with private institutions, intervening in new ways for adolescents, providing treatment based on appropriate risk assessments, developing intervention programs for sex offenders with specific needs, and periodic analysis of program effectiveness. Finally, the limitations of the study and suggestions for subsequent studies were discussed.
