This paper studies the structure and characteristics Taiwan FDI in China from 1992 to 2011. Taiwan's data use the Investment Commission, MOEA, Taiwan. This paper finds Taiwan's FDI in China has concentration characteristics. First concentration appears in industry structure, 85.04% of Taiwan FDI has been concentrated in manufacturing. Second concentration appears in manufacturing structure, 50.15% of Taiwan FDI has been concentrated in the electronic manufacturing. Third concentration appears in regional structure, most of Taiwan's FDI located in Guangdong province, Jiangsu province, Shanghai city, and Fujian provinces. In particular, Guangdong province has 33.43% of investment units and 22.53% of investment amounts in 1991-2011. And Jiangsu province have 17.02% of investment units and 35.14% of investment amounts in 1991-2011.
