This paper studies the structure and characteristics Korea' FDI in China from 1992 to 2009. Korea's data use the Oversea Investment Statistics of Korea Eximbank Overseas Economic Research Institutes, China's data use the Department of Foreign Investment Administration in Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China. This paper finds Korea's FDI in China has concentration characteristics. First concentration appears in industry structure, 75.82% of FDI has been concentrated in manufacturing. Second concentration appears in manufacturing structure, 27% of FDI has been concentrated in the electronic manufacturing. Third concentration appears in regional structure, most of Korea's FDI located in Shandong, Jiangsu, Beijing, Liaoning, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang provinces. In particular, Shandong province has 34.03% of investment units and 23.17% of investment amounts in 1992-2009. And Jiangsu province have 8.49% of investment units and 21.34% of investment amounts in 1992-2009. Fourth concentration appears in urban structure. FDI's location target is not region and nation, but urban. This paper finds Korea's FDI have been concentrated in some urban.
