글로벌화, 디지털 전환(Digital Transformation) 시대에 다양성과 포용성은 개인과 조직의 지속 가능한 성장을 위해 핵심 가치로 인식되고 있으며 그 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 전문 지식과 경험을 공유하는 온라인 플랫폼이 중 요한 역할을 하고 있으며, 이들 플랫폼은 사용자 간의 상호작용을 통해 포 용적 사고를 촉진하고 있으며, 포용적 마인드셋(Inclusive Mindset) 향상으 로 이어진다. 본 연구는 포용적 마인드셋 향상에 기여하는 온라인 플랫폼의 역할을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 포용적 마인 드셋의 정의와 핵심 요소를 문헌 고찰하였고, 전문 지식과 경험 공유 플랫폼 을 질적 연구의 사례 분석하였다. 플랫폼 웹사이트를 바탕으로 개요, 목적, 역 할 분석을 통하여 인사이트와 페인포인트를 표로 기술하였다. 연구 결과, 플랫 폼의 공통점과 차이점 분석을 통해 다양한 문화와 배경이 콘텐츠 개발에 중요 한 역할을 하는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 기반으로 본 연구는 문화적 다양성을 반영하는 콘텐츠 개발의 중요성을 강조하면서 이러한 노력이 포용적 마인드셋 을 향상하는데 역할의 필요성을 제시한다.
Abstract
In the era of globalization and digital transformation, diversity and inclusion are increasingly recognized as core values for the sustainable growth of individuals and organizations, underscoring their importance. Online platforms that enable the sharing of expertise and experiences play a crucial role, fostering inclusive thinking through interactions among users and leading to the enhancement of an inclusive mindset. This study aims to analyze the role of online platforms in contributing to the improvement of inclusive mindsets. To this end, the study reviewed the definition and key elements of an inclusive mindset and conducted a qualitative case analysis of platforms that share expertise and experiences. Insights and pain points were outlined in a table based on the platforms' websites through an overview, purpose, and role analysis. The findings reveal that cultural diversity and backgrounds play a significant role in content development through an analysis of commonalities and differences among the platforms. Based on this, the study highlights the importance of developing content that reflects cultural diversity and emphasizes the necessity of these efforts in improving an inclusive mindset.
