전자금융거래에서 생체인증 특성이 금융소비자의 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

최근 새로운 IT기술 발전과 스마트폰 금융앱의 확산으로 전자금융거래의 편의성과 다양성이 크게 개선되었으며, 핀테크산업 발전에 따라 생체정보 등을 이용한 비대면 본인확인 방법의 허용, 인터넷 전문은행의 신설, 신규 전자금융업자의 참여 확대 등 금융IT 규제환경은 크게 변화하고 있다. 생체인증 등 비대면 본인인증의 특성이 전자금융거래를 사용하고자 하는 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석, 연구하고자 한다.
Abstract
Recently, the convenience and diversity of e-banking transactions have been greatly improved due to the development of new IT technologies and the spread of smart-phone financial applications. In accordance with the development of Fin-tech industry, the financial IT regulatory environment is changing dramatically, allowing non-face identification method using biometric information, the establishment of an internet primary bank, the participation of new e-finance providers. This study analyze how the characteristics of non-facing self-certification such as biometric authentication affect the intention to use electronic financial transactions.
