인터넷과 모바일의 발전은 금융서비스의 이용환경을 온라인 중심, 모바일 중심으로 변화 시켰다. 금융시장의 성장한계와 글로벌 IT 기업의 경쟁심화는 핀테크 서비스를 발전시켰다. 핀테크 서비스들이 다양하게 발전함에 따라 핀테크 서비스의 연구에 대한 중요성이 높아졌음에도 불구하고 이와 관련된 연구가 활발하게 다루어지지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 핀테크 서비스의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 연구를 통해 핀테크 서비스의 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
Advances in the Internet and mobile have transformed the use of financial services into online and mobile-oriented environment. The growth limit of the financial markets and the deepening of the global IT industry has developed the Fintech service. Despite the increasing importance of Fintech services, studies have shown that the study of Fintech services has not been significantly enhanced. Thus, the purpose of this study is to propose the activation plan of Fintech services through study on factors affecting the use of Fintech services.
