Administrative judical system was transplanted into China in the political reform during late Qing Dynasty. Although thought changes and institutional reforms which were brought about by the political reform during late Qing Dynasty provided chances for administrative judical system’s development in China, the system was not accomplished at one stroke. This treatise means to explore the changes of administrative judical system after being transplanted into China by means of analyzing its transplantation process and its design plan, so as to explain the political feature of administrative judical system.
Abstract
