사이코드라마에 참여한 여성알코올중독자의 변화동기강화 경험

본연구의 목적은 사이코드라마에 참여하면서 여성알코올 중독자의 변화동기강화가 어떻게 진행되었는지를 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 여성알코올 중독자 3명을 대상으로 2015년 10월에 매주 1회씩 1회당 120분간, 총 3회기의 프로그램을 진행한 후 이에 대한 사례분석을 하였다. 자료 수집은 사이코드라마진행과정에 대한 축어록, 소감문, 참여관찰기록을 활용하였으며, 질적 연구 사례분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 사례자들은 ‘인식’에서 술을 선택한 사람을 자신이 라고 말하고, ‘양가성’에서 술 생각이 나는 것에 대한 두려움을 표현하였으며, ‘행동실천’에서 책임있는 엄마로서의 역할을 하겠다고 다짐하였다. 본 연구의 함의는 여성알코올중독자를 위한 프로그램의 개발의 필요성과 알코올중독자에 대한 국가차원의 신속한 개입의 필요성을 제시한 점이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to figure out how to proceed with enhancing motivation for change to female alcoholics. The programs conducting three sessions for 120 minutes per a week was analyzed effects targeting three women in October 2015. Data collection utilized the verbatim report, impression review, and participant observation paper. As a results, cases said that themselves selected drinks to be at ‘recognition’ stage, and they expressed fears that think alcohol at ‘ambivalent attitude’ stage. At ‘behavior’ stage, they vowed to better the role of a responsible mother. Implications of this study were the need for rapid intervention at the national level and the necessity of the development of the program for women alcoholics.
