본 연구는 알코올중독자 부인이 사이코드라마를 통해 느끼는 어려움과 사이코드라마 경험에 대한 치유적인 면에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 OO알코올센터의 가족치료모임에 참여하는 알코올중독자 부인 6명을 대상으로 2012년 8월 21일부터 10월 16일까지 일주일에 1회씩 7회기의 사이코드라마를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료의 질적 분석을 위해서 초점집단 연구법을 사용하였다. 질적 연구 분석결과, 첫째 사이코드라마를 통해 알코올 중독자 부인들이 느끼는 어려움의 경험내용은 다음과 같다. 경제적 어려움과 사회적 고립 남편의 폭언과 무시, 정서적 어려움 자녀의 건강한 정서발달과 자아성장에 악영향, 술 문제의 대물림으로 나타났다. 둘째 알코올 중독자 부인들의 사이코드라마 경험에 대한 치유적인 면의 경험분석은 다음과 같다. 감정정화 및 욕구 충족 가족과 자기문제의 통찰과 이해 집단분위기와 상호작용 새로운 인식과 자아확장 이였다.
Abstract
The present study was to investigate the difficulties of the alcoholic wives and psychological healing factor to feel through psychodrama. For research, psychodrama was conducted as a target of family 6 people of the alcoholic wives to participate in family therapy meetings of ○○alcohol center over 7 sessions once a week from August 21, 2012 to October 16 and the focus being group research methods were used for the qualitative analysis of the data collected. As a result of analys of qualitative research, the experiences of the difficulties felt by the alcoholic wives through participation in a psychodrama are as follows Economic hardship and social isolation Ignored her husband's verbal abuse and emotional difficulties, Harm to healthy emotional development and self-growth, the inheritance of alcohol problems. From the perspective of the healing are as follows Emotional cleansing and satisfy fot needs, Insight and understanding about the family and their own problems The group atmosphere and the interaction New awareness and self-expansion
