알코올중독 남편의 폭력으로부터 벗어난 여성에 대한 질적 사례연구: 사이코드라마를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 사이코드라마를 통해 알코올중독 남편의 폭력으로부터 벗어난 여성의 경험을 연구하는 데 있다. 이를 위한 연구 문제는 ‘알코올중독 남편을 둔 여성의 생애주기별 주요 사건과 사이코드라마 경험은 어떠한가?’이다. 자료 수집은 2021년 4월부터 2022년 3월까지 가정폭력피해자보호시설 입소 여성 대상으로 10회기 사이코드라마 및 심층 면담을 진행한 후 질적 사례분석을 하였다. 그 결과 연구 참여자의 생애주기별 주요 사건에 대한 분석에서는 ‘자유롭고 행복한 시절’, ‘고통스러운 결혼생활’, ‘남편의 폭력으로부터 벗어난 후’ 등이 도출되었다. 사이코드라마 실연을 통한 경험은 4개의 범주와 10개의 하위범주가 도출되었다. 그 범주는 ‘알아차림과 받아들임’, ‘벗어나고자 용기를 냄’, ‘본연의 나를 찾아가는 길’, ‘다시 찾은 행복과 자유’ 등이었다. 알코올중독 남편의 폭력으로부터 벗어난 여성의 생애주기별 주요 사건을 분석함으로써 이런 사건을 경험한 여성을 위한 회복적 요인을 도출할 수 있었다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 가정폭력 피해여성의 회복과 자립을 위해 사이코드라마의 확대 필요성을 제기한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to study the experience of women who have escaped violence from alcoholism husbands through psychodrama. The research question for this is ‘What are the major events and psychodrama experiences of women with alcohol-addicted husbands?’ Data collection was conducted from April 2021 to March 2022 after conducting 10 sessions of psychodrama and in-depth interviews with women admitted to domestic violence victim protection facilities. As a result, in the analysis of major events by life cycle of the study participants, ‘free and happy times’, ‘painful marriage’, and ‘after escaping from husband's violence’ were derived. Experience through psychodrama performance was derived in 4 categories and 10 subcategories. The categories were “awareness and acceptance,” “courage to escape,” “the way to find my true self,” and “happiness and freedom that I have found again.” It is meaningful in that it was possible to derive restorative factors for women who experienced such events by analyzing major events by life cycle of women who were freed from the violence of their alcoholic husband. It also raises the need to expand psychodrama for the recovery and independence of women affected by domestic violence.
