본 연구는 대학생의 우울 감소를 위해 심리극(psychodrama)을 활용한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과성을 알아보기 위해서 실시되었다. 이를 위해서 대학생의 우울과 심리극을 활용한 집단상담에 대한 선행연구를 고찰하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 대학생의 우울 감소를 위한 심리극 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하였다. 심리극 집단상담 프로그램은 단 1회기 과정으로 4가지 장면(현재 장면-과거 장면-핵심과거 장면-현재훈습 장면)으로 구조화되었다. 총 65명(실험집단 35명, 통제집단 30명)의 대학생을 대상으로 심리극 집단상담 사전과 사후 우울감을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료에 대하여 독립표본 t검증과 공변량분석를 통해 분석한 결과, 통제집단에 비해 실험집단이 우울감이 유의하게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 심리극이 가진 철학 및 치료적 위치에 대해서 언급하였고 본 연구의 제한점에 대해서 논의하였다.
Abstract
The reason of this study was to improve a group counseling program using psychodrama to reduce the depression of undergraduate. The target of this study is to investigate the group counseling using depression and psychodrama of college students. Based on previous research, we developed a psychological group counseling program for depression of undergraduate. The psychological group counseling program is structured into four scenes with only one session. I expect that scenes can be clarified and simplified more than the existing psychology drama through the current scene recreation. A total of 65 students (experimental group-35 students, control group-30 students) were enrolled in the psychological group counseling dictionary (1 day before) and after the day (after one day). Analysis of the collected data through independent sample t-test and covariance analysis showed that the experimental group showed decrease in depression compared to the control group. Finally, I mentioned the philosophical and therapeutic position of the psychological drama and discussed the limitations of this study.
