These days convergence education is required in almost all areas. In this regard, this paper will show successful cases that the convergence education has been carried out in department of japanese business since 2006, including not only convergence Japanese and IT but culture and hotel tourism. Especially, in this paper, operating practices of convergence Japanese and IT will be shown. As the shortage of competent people in Japanese IT business is increasing, they come into Korea to seek competent people. In accordance with this situation, department of Japanese Business has taught IT to student and opened the opportunities to have jobs in Japan. This paper will suggest the successful result of IT convergence education and could offer a helpful example for the education and job centers in universities.
