The Case Study of IT Job Club Education in the Japanese Department

Nowadays, convergence between studies is leaded on national level. So Japanese studies with IT can be expected to meet the needs of times. The purpose of this study is to show a successful IT job club in the Japanese Department. Through the job club educations and activities, spontaneous capacity-building can be leaded. As such, it can have a ripple effect on regular course promotions and make the academic atmosphere as well. This study shows the IT educations and activities that have been performed for IT job club students(3-4 grades) in the Japanese Department. These job club activities are becoming a very important part in that they can be supplements for links between IT educated students and educational-industrial complex. Now, Japan is supposed to hold Tokyo Olympics and IT skilled hands will be demanded increasingly. With this needs of times, this research shows the concrete case that IT convergence education in the Japanese Department, especially through the job club for 2 years, has been successful.
