자연담화 흐름의 관점에서 본 본문 회화의 실제와 과제

Abstract

It is obvious that current most Japanese college textbooks are designed to help college students imp rove communication skills with focus on speaking ability. However, to develop appropriate communication skills, university students need to observe natural discourse and acquire certain discourse rules. The refore, this study examined conversation patterns shown in Japanese university textbooks from the perspective of natural discourse. The results are that conversation steps introduced in main conversation text are needed to reorganize and textbooks are required to add authentic examples. The details are following:(1) Areas to be reorganized because of lacks of examples observed in natural discourse or lacks of information on situation At the beginning of conversation: topic introduction, calling conversation partner’s title, greeting (2) Areas to include new information because of no examples in main conversation In the main body of conversation: Topic termination At the end of conversation: Reason to terminate a topic (3) Areas to be needed to add more examples At the beginning of conversation: opening conversation and introduction of discourse markers At the end of conversation: saying good-bye
