대학교의 일본어 교재에 나타나는 사회어용론적인 오용의 분석과 평가

Abstract

In this study, we analyze the Sociopragmatic Failures apparent in a basic Japanese textbook, and examine evaluations of levels of comprehensibility, irritation, and naturalness that may arise from these errors. The major results are listed in the following: (1)Several Sociopragmatic Failures exist in the average beginner's Japanese textbook. Of notable mention are the awkward phrases that a store clerk might say to a customer. (2)There exist large differences in the various ways of correcting such awkward phrases between Korean learners of Japanese and Japanese natives. (3)There also exist large differences in corrections amongst Japanese natives as well. (4)Korean learners of Japanese are more lenient than their native counterparts when it comes to evaluating the errors based on the criteria listed above. (5)Both Korean learners of Japanese and native speakers evaluate naturalness more strictly than irritation, and irritation more strictly than comprehensibility, and also tend to be similar when it comes to problems.
