본 연구는 대전시의 원도심과 신도심의 시간에 따른 공간의 변화와 그 차이를 살펴보기 위한 지속적인 과제이다. 원도심에 해당하는 대흥동과 은행동의 일부지역에 대해 2007년과 2010년, 2차례에 걸쳐 동일한 방법으로 야외조사를 실시하여 얻은 자료를 활용하여 도시 공간의 중심지이며 접근성이 비교적 양호한 원도심의 기능과 토지이용 상태의 변화를 밝히는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 896개 조사지점에 대한 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사지역은 양호한 접근성으로 서비스 기능이 집중된 도심의 토지이용 특성을 나타낸다. 둘째, 조사지역의 전체적인 변화는 3년(2007~2010)간 39.8% 에 달하는 지점이 토지이용 상태의 변화를 보이고 있다. 셋째, 변화를 기능별로 요약하면 동일하거나 유사한 서비스업종으로 바뀐 경우가 51.3%로 가장 많았다. 넷째, 변화를 층별로 정리하면 1층이 가장 크고 다음으로 2층, 3층의 순이었다.
Abstract
In this study, the original center of the city of Daejeon and new urban area changes over time and find out the differences is an ongoing research project. For some areas of Daeheung-dong and Eunhaing-dong, for the 2007 and 2010, twice in the same way across the field survey was conducted. Urban space by utilizing information obtained from the center of the circle is a relatively good accessibility features and land-use to clarify the status of the changes are aimed at. Point for the analysis of 896 survey results were as follows:First, the study area in good proximity of the service function represents a concentrated urban land-use characteristics. Second, changes in the overall study area three years (2007-2010), reaching 39.8 percent between points has shown a change in the state of land use. Third, the changes summarized by function the same or similar service industries have been replaced by the highest percentage 51.3% cases. Fourth, the following changes to the first floor is the largest and second floor, third floor in order.
